New Health Insurance Law: Class Act
The U.S. Senate is about to approve a new concept of health that could possibly lead to a new insurance program for the state to help disabled and elderly to stay in their homes. However, the Opponents of the measure also vehemently opposed to question its feasibility and cost. The proposal has not received the intense amount of control the government running the health insurance plan has been in recent months, which was expelled from the legislation on the Senate Health and is unlikely to be returned in the final draft of the bill.
However, although the measure is critical call for a free account which will only aggravate the problems of debt Treasury continued federal, supporters of the class (Community Living Assistance and Support Services) Act I believe is a fundamental project that is long in start because it has been advocated by the late Senator Edward Kennedy, several years ago.
Bill or not the bill?
Senator Charles Grassley, notably argued in an interview by the Senate in December 2009, after which the class becomes a law, an additional and unnecessary burden be thrown on the back of the taxpayer, to the point that once the fault Class Act, a major fiscal disaster will happen. Meanwhile, supporters of the law insist it is a measure should take effect because of their lifesaving benefits for the disabled, poor or elderly, and can even save the nation billions of dollars of Medicaid insurance for the indigent.
Specifically, proponents argue that better for people with disabilities to obtain long-term care that allows them to remain in their homes rather than opting for the standard of care in institutions which usually occurs at a higher cost. Each time the act becomes successful, could position itself as a profitable and social right for the elderly and disabled people everywhere.
Part-Time
Larry Minnix, CEO of aahs (American Association of Homes And Services for the Aging), believes this is a class act in the draft health reform that is revolutionary and innovative in its own right. What
more attention to the disabled and elderly Medicaid growth potential over the next decade or without the new program, he thinks that voluntary cash and rewarding CLASS Act benefits must go through the interests of poor citizens of the United States.
The Senate proposal Class Act for works based on this: The workers plan to send a monthly premium for the purchase of coverage, usually through your employer. They have to pay into the program five years or more to qualify for benefits, which are estimated at less than fifty dollars per day and assumed by the Congressional Budget Office to reach seventy-five dollars per day.
Senator Tom Harkin Senate Aid (Health, Education, Labor and Pensions) Commission revealed that the CLASS Act is a proposal that can deliver reliably on recruiting a nurse for a few hours to help people with disabilities and their morning rituals and daily work. He also revealed that the late Senator Kennedy wanted the act is included in the reform debate health too.

Can my bill health insurance for me that the money paid to providers of health care?
My daughter was in a residential treatment for eating disorders. She was there for 8 months. Your insurance company has paid part of their treatment. Now they are saying no should have paid. I could not pay for their treatment and would have carried her from the program. Can they take the money he gave to this treatment center in the back. And I'm now responsible for paying the treatment center. I would have kept them there for 2 months only because it could not afford treatment. It seems so unfair and I am broke.
What a wonderful father you are. To send his son away for 8 months, because the insurance was paying for it, but if you have to pay, which would have been 2 months. In other words, you are putting a price on her daughter's health. If your daughter is 8 months in the center, which takes 8 months, no matter who pays. If the insurance company paid for error, but then realized it was not expected, they can charge for it. If you paid $ 100 for something on Friday and went on sale for $ 70 the next day, no you want a refund? Talk to a lawyer about it. You may be advised better than anyone else here can.
