  • Must not contain the word "exchange" under the approved

It is preferable select at least three names for the selection and search to see the files.

The elements of the organization must be signed by two people and delivered to the Secretary of State. This information should include the name of the LLC, the duration of the LLC, its main field office or business, details of the agent recorded, details of debts LLC, responsibilities and obligations and other provisions, the objective of the LLC and provisions established in the operating agreement.
