CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) vs ARM (Associate in Risk Management)?
Which has more weight in terms of credibility property and casualty insurance industry? And there is a suggested time frame to go after him (ie 1 year or 2 years of experience)? Now work for a transportation insurance agency and have only worked in the insurance industry for nearly four months, but I was in the transportation industry for nearly three years. Do you think it would matter if I went after these appointments now or wait? I do not want to lose at any time, but some have told me it might be better to wait a few years … I'm not married but … nor do I have a family … so I wanted to play some of these designations out before it happened, and then after my CPCU … Any suggestions?
