if i use third party Car insurance do i build up an insurance record?
Hey, i’m looking at buying a first car, however quotes for Comprehensive insurance are up over $2,000, but i want to build up an insurance record.
Does using third party cover build me up an insurance record, or do i need comprehensive insurance?
