Auto Accident pleaaassse HELP!?
I just got in an accident yesterday = (but my boyfriend was driving! And I now I have no insurance = (.. I didn't make the payment in time so I'm done! It was actually the other parties fault for the accident. I have an off-duty officer as a witness .. No But the adjuster from the other party is trying to say that if you do not have insurance on my car driver lost his license .. Is it true? Can someone please tell me help out .. and gives me tips on the next step and what would be a good idea of what to do next?? This is my first accident and I'm in California! Any thing would HELP …..
