California Insurance Group

How I can get health insurance for me and the family and pay for it as a business expense without employees?
I am a part-time successful entrepreneur in California, but I keep my work day because of the group health insurance offered. I would like to cut the apron string and go completely on my own but the situation holds insurance plans hostage. I do not want to buy private health insurance, I would structure my a businessman so you can easily purchase a group health insurance for me and the family. I would like to purchase group insurance and private insurance so they do not have to deal with preexisting conditions and riders etc. Since I'm still a sole proprietor, I have plenty of leeway in terms of corporate structure, and I am willing to change whatever is necessary to obtain the best deal. How I can get health insurance for me and the family and pay for it as a business expense without employees?
In order to obtain coverage group must have a minimum of four employees and 75% participation rate.
