I have been involved in an accident that was not my fault when a truck driver was foreign on the passenger side of my car. My insurance company is not being very helpful and I am a victim. My car is going to be in the garage for six weeks. I asked him why I'm not getting a courtesy car and they say that because they need to get intough with the other party to ask them to give me one! Its been two weeks since my accident, I have to walk six miles to get to and from work, there is no direct bus. I'm car less and should not be. Help me see if I'm within my rights to have at least entitled to a replacement car until mine is repaired. My car insurance is fully comp!
I do not know the real name .. But I am sure that policy or the paperwork that must be an address for the ombudsman .. insurance or ask the insurance company or checked there web site .. Good luck
