Cheap Building Insurance
can i chose different Personal Protection Company?
I took the Mortgage and now waiting when all papers will be ready. Also i took all Personal; Mortgage; Building protection insurances through the Bank. I still didn’t sign them. please someone advise or it is OK if i change mine Main and not take insurances through Bank as is to expensive??
Also somebody knows good Companies who can provide cheap but good all sort of Insurances??
You should be able to select you own insurance company, however the lienholder may initially put their coverage in force to cover the exposure until you secure your own policy with their name as lienholder. You would only be charged for the time their policy was in force. If you secure your own policy make sure you contact the other carrier and cancel as the bank may not.
