The Farmers Insurance Group of Companies has released its third annual ranking of top 20 'Most U.S. safe places to live. "

Bert Sperling, an expert in http://bestplaces.net database, compiled the Farmers rankings based on data from 379 U.S. municipalities. Factors such as statistics crime, unemployment rates and risks of environmental hazards, threats of terrorism, natural disasters and extreme weather conditions were taken into account.

The communities were divided into three groups – large metropolitan areas (over 500,000 inhabitants), medium-sized cities (between 150,000 and 500,000 inhabitants), and small towns (fewer than 150,000 inhabitants).

According to the survey, the community safer to live in the U.S. between large areas metropolitan communities are adjacent to Boise City and Nampa (both in Idaho), which exceeded all large metropolitan areas. It also has the lowest crime rates of all 379 communities surveyed. San Jorge first found in the rate of employment among small farmers in 138 villages of the study.
