contents insurance claim?
we never have taken insurance before but we won last week and some electronic items were stolen. Here is a list, a passport, a bag man (designer) I guess to put things in it!, an xbox with 5 games, headset and controller, two ipods, wii new black with 4 games and ds lite with 2 games. insurance man said that many of the items took place will have to send a representative round us next week. I do not think that these issues are a lot for a robbery myself (coming off the PC and stereo, tv etc). Is it normal to send a representative or is it a sign that usually pay or think they are lying?? What does the representative to do when he comes to see us as I have been through it with the police to give my statement and also the insurance company by telephone and!
