whiplash claim direct with insurance company?
hi i was wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to finalise a whiplash claim direct with an insurance company?
It is a bit of a “how long is a piece of string” question, it varies depending on the circumstances and if the other party’s insurer is contesting the claim etc.
In a simple case work on it being a few months.
