Exchange Insurance

If I make an insurance claim on a cell phone i can exchange it for a different?
Last month I bought the Pantech Slate and AT & T, unfortunately broke on one days ago, if I make an insurance claim by phone I can replace it with another type of phone?
Stef, your company Insurance will allow you to replace the broken phone with a different one. However, if the replacement costs more than the original purchase price of the board then you have to pay the difference. I am a customer of Verizon Wireless and had an insurance claim last year and that's what I said. Hope this helps.
