Do All Companies have Group insurance?
My Fiancee works for UPS, and I just found out I was pregnant. (I have no insurance.) He has Delta Health Insurance.
When we asked his HR manager she just gave us a number (since she didn’t know either) When we called it was pretty cryptic.
I asked another question like this, but someone said that if his insurance was group, then it’d cover me. Other than that it’d be considered pre-exsisting.
I thought that every company that offers insurance benefits was considered group insurance.
But i obviously don’t know. I’m just trying to figure out if his insurance will cover me.

UPS does have group health insurance, but he’s got to marry you, before YOU qualify for coverage on his plan.
Not all companies offer GROUP coverage, but any with more than 10 employees that offer health insurance, THAT is a group.
Also, not all group policies cover maternity – but UPS’s does.
