Is there really an answer for health care reform?

We discuss the health reform, but it seems that the more we hear more we unable to understand its benefits. Even if they have become very complex and very expensive, we have not found solutions that are superior that we and other countries have. Other countries have nationalized health care. Everyone is covered, you only pay for care and not companies private insurance for primary care. Many believe that what is good, but many believe it lacks quality, convenience and the promotion of rationing. The plans proposed in Congress not nationalized health care, which are supposed to be a combination of health coverage sponsored by the Government and private insurance for all Americans at a lower cost. Unfortunately, none of the proposed plans are close to offering lower costs of quality care. Why can not we find a solution to improve what we have today?

One reason is that they continue focus on insurance reform and seem to ignore completely the reduction of the cost of providing health care. When we speak reduce costs that speech on reducing health insurance for 500 million dollars and reduce physician reimbursement. It is crazy and probably would do as much destruction as something that has been discussed. Seniors who have spent their lives paying taxes and social security to ensure that there is good coverage of health care when they became 65 years, rebels if they cut benefits now to accommodate 15% of the population without coverage. And although the government is quick to react than 500 million dollars by reducing fraud and mismanagement Medicare / Medicaid, the reality is they have not been able to do in the past and will not be able to do in the future. The reduction in reimbursements to doctors would only complicate the problem of not having a sufficient number of physicians to admit patients. The addition of 50 million potential patients with a serious new strain on the availability of doctors and probably because of rationing and consultation periods important. Complicating the problem is that some polls have indicated that 45% of current medical opt out if enacted this reform. So what we doing?

First, should focus on reducing the cost of health care:

1) We must adjust the cost of Health care is taken to allow doctors to establish the procedures and government to allocate reimbursements based on documented information historic Medicare, VA hospitals, other government institutions and compare data from private institutions, allowing us determine standard costs for all procedures, drugs, supplies, tests, etc. Once you have set the fixed costs, we will have the opportunity to stabilize and reimbursement procedures. This will also eliminate the system of public hospitals for profit substantial shareholders to the detriment of their patients. It will also reduce unnecessary expansion of non-hospital systems, non-profit continue to expand with the acquisition of other hospitals and medical facilities. In short, all the insurance providers would required to comply with these standards and reimbursement procedure allows policy holders, not the shareholders, to take advantage of lower costs. United Healthcare (insurance company public), earned more than $ 3 billion in 2008, while the Community Health System (hospital property Public system) has received $ 218 million in 2008, and the Cleveland Clinic (non-hospital system, non-profit) has recently expanded, acquiring hospital in Medina, Ohio, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and an anti-cancer center in Las Vegas, Nevada. If we look only at these three organizations as an example, we understand that the actual cost of care is much less than the price charged. If we regulate the costs for hospitals and insurance providers, health care would be much more affordable and that would achieve significant savings.

2) We should adopt a liability reform as a prerequisite before cutting costs. The savings can be realized reducing unrestricted grants for health care-related dispute can be billions of dollars. Today, many surgeons pay premiums liability insurance of more than $ 200,000 per year. Doctors have to pay extremely high rents to cover these premiums. If you reduce the amount of regulations and reducing unwarranted insurance premiums for doctors and medical services are required to pay refunds, the result would be lower and doctors of medical services. Again, to achieve significant savings.

3) We reduce the lost income Medicare / Medicaid fraud and mismanagement. These losses are estimated at over one billion dollars. Reform of the legislation under consideration suggests we can reduce the losses of 500 billion dollars, however, there is no specific set of methods to achieve those reductions. Most Americans believe that these reductions come from cuts in services for determination of fraud and mismanagement. I propose the recruitment of groups Independent audit derive their compensation through the identification and recovery of lost revenue and maintain a small portion of revenue identified their compensation. These activities have been very successful for companies in control of cargo and utility bills. We take this great problem of government hands and the hands of capitalists who live more peak bill collection. Once again, would achieve savings significant.

4) We need to implement health reform, commonly referred to today as well. The United States has been compared to other countries that have nationalized health programs and, in some cases, its citizens are considered healthy are suggesting that health care in the United States is lower. I do not think there is some doubt that health care in this country far exceeds any other country, unfortunately health practices do not. We eat too much and too little exercise. Our diets are heavy in fat and carbohydrates. Do not get rest and relaxation. We need a program that focuses on developing better personal health habits and then offer incentives to achieve these objectives. The result is healthier people require less health care resulting in reduced costs of health care.

Programs above that reduce healthcare costs and cost a small percentage of what we are studying. Let's review: 1) regulate the costs of providers of health insurance and medical facilities, 2) adopt a cake reform, 3) review of Medicare / Medicaid 4) implementing programs wellness.

These are programs that reduce the cost of health care, what novel idea! With the money Sure I could take those 15% of Americans without coverage for health care Save'm – another original idea!

Republicans are right when it comes to health reform?

The feds should continue to give $ 170 billion in Govt. subsidies to health insurance companies on an annual basis, support for some of the CEO compensation highest in any U.S. industry, and continue to support billions in annual revenue ($ 18 million in 2008) that these companies earn on an annual basis, while screwing over middle-class consumers in the process?

It's hard to say. I think it may have some legitimate points, but they are so outnumbered by the lies (to kill the elderly, groups of death, socialized medicine = Communism, etc.) that his failure to see the valid concerns. We know that the status quo is not working and have no current capitalist system. Nor can we ever. Markets free? Yes, okay, so I'm going to store my triple bypass surgery and go to the highest bidder? If the police is privatized, too? What fun, Blackwater can perhaps get the police contract. Like most issues, the GOP is so anti-everything its impossible to discern the legitimate from the propaganda. I'm sure there are some, but when its people from the city are nonsense, tea packers and Fox News idiots, how can we know what they are? Take the man above me, for example. I can not see through their point of distraction shouted by CAPS.
