Why England NHS require free, but America has to have health insurance?
The NHS is not free. Those who work and pay tax through the PAYE system also make National Insurance contributions. Therefore, the NHS is free. In my case, the government has at least 200 pounds of my salary every month. The NHS only is free to the lazy ones who are too thick or lazy to work and earn their own money instead of living off the taxes I pay. I would not have to contribute to security national. I do not use the NHS. I have private health insurance through my work and have a private doctor on the site ….. So what that I shouldn't have converened to pay for those who are unable or unwilling to make their own contributions.
