At Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park, caregivers can now record and access patient information at the bedside, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A cart-mounted, wireless computer gives nurses the ability to chart patient data, review medical information and examine patient records in real-time.

They can use the system to place orders for laboratory, X-rays and medication, communicate with other physicians, review test results and access treatment protocols and guidelines. The advantage of this system is that it helps improve communication between different departments of the hospital. Individual Health Insurance Plans in Oregon?
We recently moved to Oregon due to my husband’s job trasferr. His new insurance options with the company are TERRIBLE! We are trying to look into an idividual health insurance plan but are having a hard time finding one with “good” coverage.
We want something with EXCELLENT maternity care (as we plan on concieving another child soon) We do NOT want coinsurance.
Can anyone suggest a local insurance plan that would meet our needs?
