My company changed insurance group company to company with an effective date of 2-1-08. As of today, still have not received a card or anything. Yesterday, the agent sent me more than one page printed on letterhead from the company insurance with my member number and group number. When I try to use this information to access the website and print a temporary card, with no registration me. When you call (I called 5 different customer service numbers) with no history of me or my social security number. The corridor is saying there is nothing I can do because everything has been sent to them. The HR person at work can do nothing more than the runner and I can not make someone in the insurance in to help the company because they claim do not exist. I am 28 weeks pregnant and have not had an appointment with the doctor in nearly a month because they have no valid Insurance Card or even true information to them. What to do now? I was half the night worrying.

I am studying to be an insurance agent as we speak and I know for sure. taking this step, you get what you want from them good luck and kick your ass.
