Property would change (the UK) and after a pre-inspection noted a wet spot on the utility room, also above the bathroom was wet. No one lives there at the time. Should I get insurance to repair damage caused by water or get my own builder and get access to the damage and send an appointment with them.
It could be just condensation? as the house has not been heated for a while? Furthermore, I personally get it fixed by its own constructor.
