Does anyone else think the networks of health insurance is a bad thing?

My father had a rare condition and one of the few places in the country was experienced in the treatment was not in our network. The insurance said it would not be covered if carried him there, so I could not afford and we had to take elsewhere and did not know what they were doing and he died. I think everyone should be able to go to any hospital or doctor of your choice. God knows enough to pay insurance stupid!

I truly believe that health insurance is a scam, mostly. Even if you have insurance, you still have to pay premiums, copayments and deductibles. God forbid something happens, the insurance company only covers a small fraction of the cost, if the disease is covered by the contract. Otherwise, your application will be denied. Do not forget all the medications you have to spend hundreds of dollars. You said that the caregiver (s) "does not knew what they were doing … "and as a result of which his father died. I would talk to a lawyer and sue the hospital for negligence. My heartfelt condolences to you and your family. If not already done so, go see the movie Sicko, directed by Michael Moore. (yes it is the bias, but theres still the truth in what he says)
