Life Insurance Beneficiaries Children
That the beneficiary of life insurance must pay for the costs of dead end?
My father had a life insurance and spent January 26 2010. She has two children of my brother and me. Your beneficiary is someone else we know, but the person refuses to pay the final expenses. What can be done to compel that person to pay final expenses?
The beneficiary is not required to pay funeral expenses and can not compel that person to pay for it. You can call and annoy the demons of the person. That tactic really works until you get a restraining order to keep him away. But you can fight to make a case that the person pays for it in court. But try begging every day until the person gives in
