Life Insurance Hiv Positive

Is there anything I can do about being harassed by e-mail?
I am receiving emails from a woman claiming to be HIV-positive and had sex without protection with my husband. No comments on this aspect of it please – I have enough evidence that my husband did not even know the woman, much less have sex with her. She keeps sending me messages about how my life is in ruins, as my insurance does not cover care, and "welcome to the world of AIDS." I told him twice to stop contacting me. Is there anything I can do (I live in California)? Comments ONLY people I know have the absolute knowledge about this, not sarcastic opinions.
Click the delete button. Not even have to open the email. If you see it is, delete it. Or, Better yet, create a rule to send all emails from your email address directly to the trash. She is doing this because it is getting this kind of response from you. If you just ignore it, eventually they get bored and leave in peace.
