Professional Indemnity Insurance Uk

Can a 16 year old public liability insurance in the UK take?
I have 16 years and the discovery of the feasibility of initiating my own business. I found that you can register a company at 16 easily and without problem, but I want to take out insurance to protect myself in my line of work. Civil liability need professional liability coverage included! But then I found most insurance companies will only insurance policies of this type for over 21 and some over 18 years. Is it really possible to register a company under 18 but not in a position sure, help? On the other hand is there any way to protect myself from liability (for compensation so more)? I operate on a freelance basis. Thanks for your time.
I am shocked to hear you are having trouble finding insurance, as you say, you can register a business in 16 so insurance should be as easy to achieve. I work for a public liability insurance broker and have spoken to some of our insurers. None of them have an age limit so no would have no problem securing a 16 years. Unfortunately I can not comment on the professional liability side of things that we do not provide this.
