Swiftcover Car Insurance
I have 3 years no claims discount, but had an accident (my fault) late last year. Do I still have no claims?
Swift cover are still processing this claim and I havent yet had any requests for excess payments. The car I currently have is broken now, and I need to get a new car ASAP. The question is – can I still claim to have 3 years no claims when searching for car insurance?
As when Swiftcover process the claim eventually – I will be paying them the cost of the repairs so I can keep my “no claims discount” anyhow.. (they said that I can do this)
Does that make sense? !
They will ask you when applying if you have had an accident in the last 5 years.
Also if you have claimed then even if it is not yet paid it is still a claim so, unless you had protected NCB then obviously you have lost your NCB
