Workers Compensation Insurance
They are temporary employment must have workers compensation insurance.?
Injured at work I work for a temporary employment agency. I asked A report of the injury and was told that the doctors note was "enough for now"
Yes you have to provide cover comp work, however be sure to report no damage to the temporary employment agency, the employer is working. A doctor's note is not enough for now and the employer who decide if and when you can file a claim.
